Cliff Notes:

I bought a Hahn Turbo Manifold with a wastegate flange already welded on thinking it would save me time. Low and behold I find out it's for a cav/sunfire and a 16g turbo (i am running a s20g in a cobalt). A couple of nice details about this manifold:

(1) It's been chromed, and has a ceramic coating underneath the chrome layer

(2) It comes with ARP studs (no nuts though) attached to the T3 flange

(3) It comes with a 38mm wastegate flange already welded onto it (no block off plate...sorry)

(4) It's BRAND NEW, NEVER USED (i tried to use it, but couldn't. Never had a single bit of exhaust run through it)

I have no need for this manifold since I cannot use it in my cobalt. I had to run a zzp turbo mani instead, so I am trying to recoup money spent on the zzp mani. Therefore, I am selling this HAHN manifold for $300 + shipping to the Continental US (no Canada, Puerto Rico or Hawaii...I always get raped on shipping).

I'm sorry that I don't have any original pics of the manifold at the moment because my car and the mani are still at the shop. But, I will pick the car up this Saturday and can post pics of the mani that evening. But I assure you that my manifold looks EXACTLY like the pics in those two links. Its the 2.4 ecotec, I just would have to find someone that can tune with the vvt.

Well, I'm not going to lie. It will marry to that block, but as far as clearance, I have no idea. Tuning for your vvt shouldn't be a big deal. I have plenty of buddies with a 2.4 cobalt and g5 that have supercharged and turbocharged, and have been able to tune their vehicles.

Clearance would probably be ok, that thing sure is pretty. Hope this image posts.
