It really depends on how much work you're looking to do. Mantapart has a 2.6L stroker kit available for the 2.4L Twin Cam motor, but I've never actually known anyone to have purchased one.
Any regular (0.010" to 0.040") over-bore will require custom pistons and rings, and depending on head work may reduce the compression ratio, leading to other engine management issues.
