Well I just got back from the station. I was chatting with Jokr around 1:30 a.m. and I hear a car drive by. I live in a neighborhood where there is one way in and one way out, I live at the entrance/exit. I watched this car stop in front of my house, then a car came and he kept going. I continue to chat while hearing this car drive around aimlessly and past my house 2 more times. I finally get a gut feeling, grab a bat, get dressed, grab my phone and head outside. I lock my doors with no cars in sight. Then from the back of the neighborhood I hear the car again. I hide behind the my car as I see this car pull into a neighbors and cut the engine. I go around and hide in the bushes to next hear a car door shut. Next thing I know Baby J is being molested by some fake as$ wanna be thug. I step out in my cut off shirt and crooked hat, and half sleeved arm hanging out. I raise my bat ready to point to my destination like good Ol' Ruth. I say "Hey" and this kid looks at me scared shitless because of the element of surprise. I say I just called the cops and you might want to run. Kid takes off, his pants fall, he trips catches his pace and continues to the car. I hear him saying Oh sh!t he called the cops oh sh!t oh sh!t. I see three other heads in the car as I am now dialing 911. I was bluffing the first time. The kid takes off in the wrong direction of the neighborhood and continues to drive around the block 3 times not realizing he is trapped in a suburbia hell hole. He finally makes his way back to me where I am in the edge of my yard. I charge his car with my bat he swirves and continues down the road. I was going to try to hit in the side window so at least he would be easier to find. 2 mins later the cops show up, get a quick ID on the car and go after him. 10mins later I am freezing my butt of in my sleeveless shirt the cops come back to pick me up. They take me to the scene where I IDed the car perfectly. 94 honda hatchback, black, male driver,caucassion. HE was wearing a white tommy sweater, and baggy tommy jeans. I have no idea how I remembered that but then again I watched him walk up on my girl (baby J). I got out of the car and Ided the kid where he all of a sudden wanted to act hardcore. He lunged at me and the cops through him onto the car and gave him some ruffing hehe. HE told me I was lying. I said well considering I work for a living to pay for my hobby and you think you can jack it in one night makes me laugh. I stripped the car down 2 days ago for the body shop. He starts tallking more trash and the cops ruff him some more. He could probably tell you the paint code of the cruiser by the taste of his tongue. I then had to go to the station for 2 hrs and make a statement. Turns out he was arrested cause I pressed charges(tresspassing and some other minors). He was 22, and on temporary tags. he had no tools to do the break in and had a honda with a shot muffler(not so smart of a prowler). He was with his 19 yr old friend and was bringing a 16 yr old to see his 14 yr old girlfriend. All 4 were in the car and the 3 guys were from Cleveland. The 22 yr old had given this big speech of how he was some hardcore thug and the 16yr old was a thug in training. I was almost in tears as the cop told me this. They didn't know where they were but targeted my car because they were going to show this 14 yr old girl how the break into cars. Funny part was he was scared shitless when I came out of the shadows. The 14 yr old girl was place on house arrest. 16 yr old was in violation of curfew, and the 19 yr old didnt come onto the scene so he was let go. He actually tried to talk to me and tell me my car was kick @!#$ at the station. He was like I cant believe he went after you car, its sweet. I was like shut the fu*K up. I dont know you and you were with him. Anyways I am tired and My baby is all right. I have to get up in 3 hrs now for work. This should be a fun day. The 22 yr old is going to court in the morning, but right now he is getting buddy buddy with Bubba in his cell. I can't believe they drove 1 and a half to this small as$ town, get lost, and get caught doing a @!#$ job trying to break into my car. God the look on that kids face when I startled him was priceless. oh well sorry for the long story, adrenaline will do that to you. <br> -peace KavKy

Man, Ive always wished i would catch somebody in the act of breaking into my car. You had a golden oppertunity to knock is fuckinn head off and you wouldn't of gotten in trouble for it either, because he was on your property. well you can legally kill somone until they run. When they start running, they are no longer a threat. Unfortunately you cant kill someone for, threating to be a threat again.


They seriously need to legalize more ways to kill people. Driving an SUV=legal to kill them. Looking at you funny=Legal to kill them. Suspition of conspiracy to commit an act of offence at any point in the infinite future=legal to kill them.

Basically if everyone walked quietly with thier faces down and mouths shut. Drove looking straight ahead(occasionally checking mirrors is ok) in a neat and orderly fashion(out of my way) I wouldnt need to kill anyone. Also heading in the direction of my property if i dont recognize your face is punishable by ballistic fire. Im not waiting for anyone to cross the property line. <br>
