how do you guy's like them?
i ordered my lower mount and header from them on the 29th (2 week's ago) and i olny have the header. i asked them for a tracking # and the one they gave me was only for the header and i thought it was for both part's. so long story short i took the lower mount and manafold off the car and when the ups man came it was just the header. then when they gave me a new tracking # that didn't even work.
on friday i was going to order my fender's, hood, 59mm t/b anf my msd 2 but i guess im going to look someplace else. <br>

I spoke to Jenny today. Very nice lady. I ordered my addco sway bar on friday at 1030 est and they received it or what not. The only thing that ticked me off was that it was coming directly from addco VS highrev. She said it would ship tomarrow if it's in stock and it would get here in 3-4 days. We'll see how it goes through.

Werent they closed for a bit because of the Holidays? I thought they were anyways.
Also, why would you take parts off of the car until you get the new ones and see what you have? Sounds to melike some kinda sob story to get people to taje your side. Or just stupidity.

HighRev is a good place. I also got my throttle body from them. Ordering my front bumper from them soon, once they tell me they got my stock throttle body to get my $100 HighRev credit.
The throttle body took a while to get here, just because it was during the holidays. Jenny did call and leave a message saying that it will take a while to get here, so that was awesome that she did that. My mom on the other hand was a little impatient and kept on asking me when it was getting here, lol.

i love them cept they have weird shipping methods, sometimes us postal sometimes UPS.......sometimes gets there in a week sometimes gets there in a month...weird but they are always good parts
the reason why im mad is the fact they lied to me and gave me the wrong info, it's been over 2 week's and i have half my stuff, then to top it all off they gave me a tracking # that don't even work. <br>
wow heaven forbid a company that was in the process of moving, during the xmas holidays where order volumes go up, and also other companies slow down....make a mistake
some tracking numbers dont work for a day or two... takes a day for them to pick it up, then have the numbers processed... if in fact the number still doesnt work call....
but geez, if you can find me a perfect person, company, or EVEN a car that NEVER has any mix ups, problems or downtime....especially when moving, i'll be heavenly surprised....

You ordered when High Rev was closed and moving to a new location. The mounts were out of stock at the time of order, so we had to wait for them to come in. We shipped the mounts out the same day we recieved them (twelve days after the order).
The tracking number you recieved didn't work at the time because it hadn't been scanned by the shipping company.
Our apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused you.

the tracking # you gave me was on the 10th (3 days ago) and it still don't work. i called and was told by someone that the mount was in stock .
when you gave me the one tracking # why wasent i told you didn't have it in stock? <br>
Great company I have ordered through them MANY of time and I know a lot of people that have dealer contacts through them. Never ever had any problems with them. They are always my 0.5 choice... i say that because it is always a throw up between them and Karo.

no i didnt ask jenny but i would ( no offence husbad) cuz of the great response and products i get there, and as for sweetnloud: look all places are like that and chill youll get ur part, and im shure if they made a mistake there sorry. speakin of high rev i was in illonois and the guy i bought my new front from reffered to the high rev sticker on my window, and the "JENNY STICKER" lol peace out <br>
