Joe, you have helped greatly. But don’t think none of this would have happened if not for you. There is not a contract that we set up saying we would pay you for your services. We didn’t even ask for your services. I contacted you for info, you contacted Kyle for info, then you started this thread. Scott's (Samantha’s) debt to Kyle is between those two. Joe, you have been a good guy through out this whole thing. You did help Kyle get his bumpers back but when I heard what was said after you called Kyle I got REAL HEATED!!! I guess that's why I posted here. Maybe I did the right thing maybe I didn't. But what's done is done. That's Kyle's money and it might be going towards that "badass paint job" but that's really no one's concern. It's his money and he may do with it what he pleases.

Yeah, Kyle is leaving soon for Boot camp and they just got a place together. Kristi will be on her own and she was just in a car accident totaling out her car the other day. They are in a bit of a jam but isn't everyone...
I'll say again, that $300 is Kyle's money. Not yours. He should get a full refund. It's no one's concern if they are struggling or when Kyle is going to boot camp. Money is owed to them and they should receive it no matter what.

Wow what a coincidence. A long long time ago. I agreed to buy an Import Fighter Bumper from him along with a 99 Z24 spoiler for like 400 shipped. I paypal-ed him the whole amount and waited for 2-3 weeks. I finally gave him a call at that point and he said that he lost the tracking and couldnt track it down. A week later, while making posts on here about him fixing his car, he told me on the fone that he had got into a really bad car accident and ended up in the hospital awaiting heart surgeries and stuff.
I told him that if he wasnt going to refund my money I would stop dealing with him and let my credit card company deal with him. At that point, he agreed to write a refund check. Week later, nothing, so I got fed up and had Bank of America dispute it. I got my money back and never heard from him again.
