I really have nothing to say about this ordeal, as I haven't had the pleasure to do business with Winks yet. But I will say this:

I work for an e-commerce business and sometimes we ship out items from our warehouse and sometimes it's drop shipped from the manufacturer. Our small staff is the FINEST when it comes to getting items shipped ASAP (that day) and sending out tracking e-mails and what not. However, sometimes sh!t happens and makes us look like we are a piss poor company, but if the customer only knew what we do here in regards to customer satisfaction, they would think otherwise.

A LOT of companies don't give a sh!t customers (Rick), but I don't believe Winks is one of them. He's always around helping out along with Jason, Joe, Karo, etc

Im sure people wouldnt get pissed if they got a reply by email... all that you need to do is send an email that says "sorry, items have been shipped, must be stuck somewhere along the way, here is your tracking number"

simple..

although, what happends most of the time, is that the seller cant keep up with all of the emails that come in...is that the buyers fault? hell no... the seller should be able to handle the emails, or don't use email for communication with your buyers...

Notice I use "seller" not the persons name....this happends with a lot of companies... not just the one in question...

I for one wouldnt have a problem dealing with Winks, hes obviously a busy guy..I think there is a simple solution to this problem..and that is to keep your customers in the loop of whats going on......

In my job, if I told someone it was going to be 2-3 days, and didnt call them back for 2 weeks....I wouldnt have a job.

Ok guys you obsviously don't know the problem. Winks NEVER SENT the product yet and its been over 4 months and DOESN'T REPLY to emails unless u write him 5+ times a day but i do understand some situations and sometimes you get caught up and forget some orders. And now were reminding him of the orders and still no response. All i want to know is if winks sent them out YET and possibly get a tracking # . THAT'S ALL. Please Chris (WINKS) just try to answer my questions please. I just wanna know if your planning on sending me to door fillers or if you want give me a refund.

Just as gilles said... both of these orders are since Mid November... even the business with the worst customer service would have shipped the orders by now. I could see if it was just him... or just me... then yeah be "patient" but not 2 different people on 2 different orders... seems kinda shady if you ask me, that's why I had to see if anyone else had any problems with chris.

There are others like the widebody kit for zeke. And also chris (winks) previously posted in this thread a couple of times "when did i ever bash this product and joe, I just said good luck" Well chris (winks) you previously posted in another thread and i will quote you "You guys can get in the other GP for joes but when the kit, bolts, and shocks all snap your going to be sorry and wish you did it right the first time". You said it all right there if you were just a good business and liked helping others then you wouldn't bash another business and their product just because theres took off and yours didn't.

how about you not worry about responding and actually send us the products we've paid for.... you told me last friday the 25th if I didn't get the plates in to send you an e-mail and you would send "another" set to me... still haven't even gotten a reply message.... JUST SEND THE PRODUCTS and you won't have to ever worry about hearing from me again.... i'll place my orders elsewhere...

im semi glad to see that im not the only one getting semi screwed by chris , i really didnt want to post on the org again but i felt i had to toss my $.02 in on this one , now i know the min u see this chris ur gonna bust out with the " o told him and it was fine " yes u did tell it took a while but not 7 months worth of a while ! as ne of u that saw the last post i made on the 23rd of jan. I did get my filler plates... although nothing I expected... these plates are NOT bent to fit the body lines... just flat plates, with minimum grinding and rough edges... a 10 minute job at most. Nothing like the website described them but it's alright, I got something for the money I spent. Thanks again winks... p.s.... the first plates you sent STILL haven't gotten here the ups ones did.

Well thats good buddy im glad you got yours and i just wanna say thanks for making this post, because i dont think you would of got anything (maybe, imo) if we would of kept silent about it, but u never know @!#$ happens right . And i talk to Chris and he says he sent mine out as well, so im waiting another 2 weeks and hopefully i get them. ^^ yea i went to all that trouble to make it look like the things had been lost at sea for weeks at a time. shredded the envelope found a usps bag to put it in and beat it all up just to make people think i actually sent it when i actually didnt.. come on guys. thats silly
