I'd wait until someone in fact posts that, that has receieved items/money back. I still think legal action is going to come into play, and hopefully this will be as successful, as the Chris Simpson investigation was. i don't know anyone here, just new to the forum, and as for shipping?? i know when i buy something online and get it shipped to my place, i pay for that. Thats how it is. Some places offer free shipping on goods when you purchase so much, but really.
I think if Kyle wants to be reinbursed for his shipping cost, he's legally entitled to it. Of course your lawyer is going to tell you no, he wants your business. I mean really, if i had someone coming after me for shipping, i'd want my lawyer to tell me the same thing too, infact i'd expect him to tell me that. It's all about the all mighty dollar these days. Of course he's going to say that, i mean, after all, they charge enormous amounts of money, so to actually fight the case, it would end up costing you way more then 150 dollars. Gotta love small claims court. I'd just pay it back and suck up the loss, it's the right thing to do.
Anyways, that's my two cents worth..
Hope this gets resolved without legalities.

I'm a good friend of Kyle's and Matt's and I actually made the original post looking for this guy. It's sad that he can't get on here and post himself. But whatever. Just send out the bumpers and the money to make everything correct. Kyle, Matt, and myself are very interested in taking a weekend trip up there with his shipping address in hand. Don't think its out of our way. So please just send the bumpers back and save us the trip.
Kyle actually asked me if he should do this when he first came across it. I think Matt found the hook up. It sounded like a great deal. @!#$, I would have done it. Then time just ticked away. Then Scott wouldn't answer his phone. He wouldn't answer anything that came from a 303 area code. I think Kyle fooled him by dialing from a 720 number and he answered. That's being chicken-@!#$!!!!!!!!

this is the reason why i won't buy @!#$ from people off the internet. i have previously boughten (< is that even a word?) a z front bumper from scott. i've heard that he's screwed people. I was lucky enough to live close enough that I drove out to Milwaukee and met up with him and bought it in person. Now the question in my head is, was the front bumper that I know have even his to sell to begin with?!? But anyways, he too tried to sell me his kit back in Nov. Does he even have his Black Cavalier yet. He told me (one of the few times he unblocks me) that he was selling it to get an Eclipse. So yea, in my experience with him, he was alrite, but would I ever trust to buy something from him again, most likely not.
