High rev use to be a good company to deal with. That is not the case anymore. I wouldn't do business with them again. They took about 2 months to deliver my clear corner lights and a hvac panel. All the while I was e-mailing them like a mofo not knowing what was going on!!! I am from Canada as well and they charged me shipping w/o consulting me. Pretty much, I paid what ever they asked for in S&H.

Impossible company to get a hold of. In conclusion: Good people, YES. Good Service, HELL NO.

My .02 cents

Do a charge back on your card and order through someone else.

^^^^^ Exactly. Do that and go to Gravana. You won't regret it and Jim loves orders form Canada hehe and stay away from Winks. What year is your car. i know somebody with true cold air intake hes selling for cheap for the ecotec cav. Good luck

I never had problems with them at all until recently It has become IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them I personally prefer to deal with them but don't see how they can be swamped if No one can get ahold of them to spend a few Thousand dollars for example.
IDK? whats up with them lately I just wish that they would get back to me soon becuz I really do prefer to deal with them.

HighRev never gave me a problem. I've ordered almost 2g's worth of stuff from them and some items took longer than others but I received everything in a timely manner. I also called when noone picked up but thats the nature of the beast. Some months are busier than others and I have never heard of them to take anyones money or come up with B.S. excuses so I will still order from them.

As my mechanic James always says "Custom cars, custom problems!"

They never answer the phone or reply to emails to give any B.S. excuses

99REDZ24- I started this email not to get my parts faster, but to save fellow members from a horribly run business. i don't know about you but in most of canada you only get about 5 good months to do mods and show off the goods so time is very important and waiting a month or 2 is out of the question and should never really be an issue unless we are talking custom made parts or something like that.

They used to be great. David and i chatted in the CHAT room and i would order straight from there! Gave me stuff dirt cheap and most of the time, free shipping and free stickers! I got stuff in less than a week and im in TX.

Last time i "tried" to get something i got there stupid lil e-mail thingy and ever since then, i quit!!

If you want to buy something, order from karo/carcustoms.net. Its stupid not to.

Oh and BTW...most ALL of the jbody stores are pretty much the "middle Man".

Most stuff is dropped shipped directly from Dealers.

Anywho...I think highrev has more than they can handle!!

Any retailer is the Middle man, if it's J-body's, DSM's, WRX's doesnt matter who or what it is. Unless you manufacture your own parts your a middle man. Not all but most distributers will not sell to the public so in most cases we need middle men. What sets some company's apart from others is they either do buy ins or they stock product. Karo is in California and is within driving distance to alot of the major company's. So Karo has no trouble getting parts quickly if their in stock.

People will always find someone or some place they prefer to deal with for whatever reason. If HighRev is that busy then the next logical step is to hire help to keep up with the orders. If they dont then their level of customer service will suffer and their customers will go some where else.
