protomec - It doesn't matter what I say. It will just go on forever. You're from JBOM and everyone knows that JBOM has a personal vendetta against High Rev. So what's the point?

Jbodytuner - Just waiting on your wires. They should be here in the next day or two.

No JBOM has never had anything against HiRev.
And nothing about what I've said would have had anything to do with it if they did.
JBOM is not a supplier to HiRev. HiRev does not owe JBOM any money.

Of course, you could call or email me about it. Unlike HiRev (Jenny) I will reply or answer the phone.

I'll be the first one to state this. J-Body of Michigan has no vendetta against High Rev. Your lack of communication to the market you serve is being expressed by those who feel they are not being taken care of. For my own personal experience, I called and faxed about trying to get Koni Yellow struts from you last year. I didn't receive an answer for either means of communication. Does that mean I have a vendetta against you? No... I can find and have found somewhere else to get them from. The first one to say Karo is wrong.

Nothing pisses me off more than when a person who owes many people money and/or parts responds questions of "why?" by making up reasons why I should not be trusted. I am not the one in debt or making many people wait for parts.

Or maybe you're (Jenny) inferring that everyone who posted is really an agent of JBOM, with a mystery vendetta, posing as confused customers.

No one spends 16hours a day 7 days a week "doing shipping".
Anyone who claims to spend that much time... a claim that must be inferred since there is no time for anything else... should have anyone complaining about not receiving parts.

Maybe it looks different on the other side of the table with JBOM. It's been this way since day one. I have nothing against JBOM, but any time a post about High Rev comes up, JBOM is the first and majority of the posters. ??

I have nothing to prove to you, protomec, as you are not physically involved in any of this. But you should watch what you say. Look up "libel" in the dictionary if you don't know what it means.

And like I said the first time I posted... I'm done with this. Poor, poor JBO.. never ceases to let me down with the constant bickering. No wonder all the good people have left.

I'm out.

i never had a problem with Higrev. i got my koni reds and eibach sportlines from them, my rotors and brake pads, and my exhaust. every came within 3 weeks

coming on jbo bitching about not hearing from Highrev or not getting your part within 3 weeks is not going to get them to answer your calls any faster or get your part in your hands any faster either. and people need to stop calling and leaving 3 of 4 messages about the samething. one is enough

DISCLAIMER ON MY POST: Other than the stated facts regarding High Rev. Motorsports, ALL of my comments and non-factual statements are directed toward Jenny Dubinsky as an individual and not as a representative of High Rev. Motorsports.

Jenny wrote:protomec - It doesn't matter what I say. It will just go on forever. You're from JBOM and everyone knows that JBOM has a personal vendetta against High Rev. So what's the point?

I contacted High Rev. Motorsports regarding a 62mm RSM TB for my car. You never got back to me (I waited roughly a week). Therefore, you never got my money and somebody else immediately did. It's your loss, not mine.....

I would also like to motion the fact that J-Body of Michigan has no vendetta against High Rev. Motorsports.

Jenny wrote:Maybe it looks different on the other side of the table with JBOM. It's been this way since day one. I have nothing against JBOM, but any time a post about High Rev comes up, JBOM is the first and majority of the posters. ??

So what? I don't know. Could it possibly be because J-BOM is highly active on JBO?

Jenny wrote:I have nothing to prove to you, protomec, as you are not physically involved in any of this. But you should watch what you say. Look up "libel" in the dictionary if you don't know what it means.

Actually Jenny, if you had paid attention to the Federal definitions of libel and slanderous torts, you would notice that you have EVERYTHING to prove in a court of law. A case involving either tort would require the plaintiff to reproduce evidence showing that the accused statement is indeed false. NOT TO MENTION, the accused statement also has to show "intention to cause harm to the plaintiff".

Everything protomec said regarding you or your company was informative information as well as inquiry. Yes, some of the statements look like implication towards possible tardiness. NONE of the statements fall under the definition of slander or libel torts. Ask any attorney you'd like (and get charged their lovely consultation fee) or any future attorney in training (like myself.)

Maybe I'll sue you for implying that J-BOM is causing trouble. Implications are deemed FRIVOLOUS in court regarding civil disputes!!

By a quick count, there were 19 different people that posted in this thread before you decided to blame the topic on some JBOM plot against you. 2 of which were JBOM

I posted 6th and 20th .... not 1st.
The 2nd person posted 22nd... again not 1st.

2 is not a majority of 19.

After you blamed JBOM, it doesn't matter. Now you can expect MANY JBOM replies.
But that is purely your fault Jenny.

I waited a month for my throttle body that I had ordered and paid for. I called many times and there was no answer even after your scheduled return from vacation. I then called the credit card company, they suggested calling the number they have listed.

Want to explain why the bank number you have listed for your business is to a personal cell phone? The owner of which claimed no affiliation to High Rev and had no idea how his number was put on there.

I gave High Rev a shot. But you fail at online business. So I took my money elsewhere.

I haven't dealt with HRM for years.... given a BUNCH of circumstances but none the less... 3 or 4 years ago or whenever it was... when I dealt with JJ and HRM... I didn't have any issues what so ever.
I am also part of JBOM, and have no grudges or hard feelings toward HRM... but saying that we have a vendetta against your company.... doesn't really make me want to try to purchase things from you again either...
IDK what to say about all this.... other then is sad.... and it's on JBO so it's just useless drama.

We could... PUSH it across the finish line...

I just did a little research regarding this uninformed statement made by you. I searched the General forum for "rev" using all dates and the archive. Here's what I found:

40 posts in this thread. The 18th and 31st posts were from Craig Naumowicz (arnjolt), a current J-BOMer. Neither of his posts fall under the lines of slander or libel, as they are both TRUE FACTS regarding his experiences with High Rev. Motorsports.

And rightfully so. I'm insulted as well, and I'd previously had no contact with HighRev or RSM.

I doubt now that I'd buy from either company, which is unfortunate because they have the suspension setup I was looking for. But it hasn't been a result of alleged poor customer service - rather, it's how the business' representative in this thread has presented both herself and the companies with which she's affiliated. I believe a more professional, mature approach could have been attained by not claiming people have "vendettas" with one's place of business.

I have TRIED to deal with them once. I sent a couple emails about a hood i was interested in, and did not get a response. so i descided it wasnt a company that i would like to deal with based on that experience of mine. and after the unproffesional way which matters have been dealt with here i probably will not make anymore attempts to purchase items from this business again.

our club has a respectable reputation, and I as well as everyone else dont like people saying that we have "vendettas" against there business, this makes our club look bad in my opinion.

personally i could care less whether someone buys something from these people. im not telling anyone else not to but, i know I wont.

Might as well add my $.02 now........

You say that "JBOM has a personal vendetta against High Rev". I personally find that pretty funny considering how J-BOM has roughly 20 members and i am willing to bet that 50% of them have NEVER HEARD OF High Rev. The other half have either placed orders with you in the past or tried to place orders with you.

Until recently i had respect for High Rev but i have completely lost that respect now. The way i feel about you is in no way related to my club, it is strickly due to your actions and the way you have insulted me.

Even I, someone that has been friends with Dave for quite a while on JBO and a once very satisfied customer, am not able to order from you guys (High Rev) confidently anymore. Honestly, you need to step back and look at the business end rather than the mechanic work and "projects" going on in the shop. Higher help if you're that swamped, honestly, you have to be making enough money with that much work going on in the shop. The customer service is starting to become subpar.

Hopefully this thread will be a good kick in the ass to get you guys in the right gear again.

Jbom is a joke.

Its a bunch of ricers from MI that think their all hardcore and live on 8mile.

JBOM does hate on highrevmotorsports and licks Karos a$$ out 24-7.

You say nobody from jbom has beef with highrev, but we all know you do, ever since 99.

Jbom members suck, plain and simple. they are the rudest people in the JBO. They think their hot $hit in their riced out cavaliers and sunflowers.

Example, look at IAN, his car looks like its right out of TFATF! Its GROSS.

Skillllzzzzzzzzzzz(wtf?) His car has been ugly since 2000.

Joe: Dont even know what to say about that ricer from the 8mile.

Hey mr. Putz(yes, putz): YOUR car club, YOUR this. well arnt you a big shot! your a member of a bunch of ricers from the poorest state in america. your a bunch of poor thugs that waste their money on a 5grand car (Ian,skillz,Joe).

Face it guys, yout nothing more than a bunch of 20+yr old guys that feel like they are either still in highschool [B[or still think they came out of the first TFATF.

MI people....phsstt... ricers........aka jbom
