C'mon now. You've already posted a kajillion pics of your own (which are top notch by the way), are you really going to begrudge someone adding a few more images to their name?
I think her submission is great and definitely ups the ante somewhat.
As for the whole black and white thing, it's nothing new to photography & has been done many times before. I certainly wouldn't start calling copycat or anything.
Anyways, this year has seen some great turnouts.
