Is anyone else having problems contacting highrev. I ordered a TB from them a few days ago and havent been able to get a response from them. How long should I expect to wait for it.

I just checked the status of my order on their website and it says items have been ordered. I ordered a TB, o2 simulator and a few other parts. I guess if I dont hear from them in a few days I will call the CC company

They are not real fast to respond to email, and thier voicemail system is always full. If you want the parts, you're going to have to give it more than a couple days before contacting the cc for a refund.

I dont have a problem with waiting. I have a problem that it takes them forever to respond to an email or phone call.

HI REV.... If you see this, DO NOT SHIP THE PRODUCTS DAVID, RICHARD, OR DEBORAH ANGELL, OR SHAWN DAVIS ORDERED.... He will do a charge back on his card once he knows the parts have been shipped. WATCH THE GENERAL FORUM FOR A POST WITH THE INFO ABOUT IT IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS WHY. He's done it with over $10,000 in parts with multiple companies in the last 3 days.

What the @!#$ are you talking about jason. Just because I have had problems with car customs in the past you dont want people to sell parts to me. I havent ordered parts from anyone except exploited for months. I didnt order any parts from anyone in the past few days. My dad ordered parts from a few companies and there wont be any problems.

You are such a liar.... I asked your supposed dad who "David" was.... and he had no clue. Then when we caught on your guy's BS, he said David was his son. You've been busted... Your credit card company knows. and your local authorities are next. Enjoy.

Hey Dave, we need to talk to you as well. I sent you an e-mail regarding your orders and have not heard from you.

Apperently there is some truth to what is being said here on this thread. You CC company just notified us that your account has been frozen. So if you want any of the parts that you ordered I suggest sending us a cashiers check.

On the contrary Jason, I just received an e-mail asking for his invoices to pay with a cashiers check. We'll see if it's paid.

Well that'd be interesting.... He told Karo & myself he didn't have the funds when we asked for legit payments.

Unfortunately, this is something I will have to request as well.....Richard recently ordered $3700 worth of products from us, but with a credit card from his cousin Shawn. Because of everything that has been communicated between myself, Jim from RK, Jason from A+ and Karo (just got off the phone with him), we are forced to require either a Cashier's Check or a Money Order.........

Thanks for the heads up guys. And thanks to Karo for the phone call bringing it to my attention.

Funny thing.. he's placed 3 orders in like a week.

The first order was not processed because the credit card billing address through a flag in my head. It was an Indonesia address. LoL

The second order looked legit so it was ordered & processed 2 days ago. Which is also funny because he's on here complaining about it already. He sent 7 emails in 1 day. WOW! Anyway, this has been refunded.

The third order was placed today. Cancelled, not charged, and not allowed to order any longer.

Thanks again. I have passed this info along to RSM Racing as well.

So now what? Should this guy be banned from the site?

Does anyone require any further dealings with him?

Ummm, if I remember correctly this is the same guy that had this happen a few months ago. He ordered from both Karo and Exploited and something got jacked up with his card. He ended up being legit, b/c he is still waiting for parts from his $8000 some order from Exploited. Im not for sure if his order from Karo ever went through.

There was an old post that had the same situation made by Karo
