I have ordered from other JBO companies and received excellent service, customer feed back and parts arriving in a timely manner. I am just comparing to other places I have dealt with.

As a customer who has already paid for an item, I should not have to continuously contact a company to get what I have ordered.

I agree with you 100%. There's a number of companies here who live by the philosophy "F the customer"! I'll ship it when I damn well want. Just remember Jim can offer competitive pricing because he keeps overhead low. Which basically means more less he's a one man operation. I guarantee this will be a one time occurrence with him and not just the way business gets done (like other companies). Jim left me a VM just a few minutes ago because I called and asked how he was doing. I wasn't able to answer the phone so my VM was, Hey Chad it's Jim, let me call you back once I get caught up. I know he will be busting his ass getting back to everyone. Just give it a few and I'm sure Jim will get back to everyone.

By the way 2o3cavi, didn't you post awhile back about having problems with an order you placed with Winks and everyone was telling you that you would get your parts. I do not remember anyone calling you a cry baby! By the way this is not grade school. I have not ever name called anyone on here and do not care for someone doing it to me.

Your right sorry about calling you a cry baby. that was uncalled for....**shake hands** And the whole winks thing is totaly diferent from what your going thru. lil explanation: first off it was 4-5 months of delay and he was telling me that he never received the paypal money but in fact i had the receipt and everything to prove my case (it was a big mess to deall with him) and also he never emailed or even answered his phone for at least 2 months since i purchase the product -- totaly dissapeared on me and i was more worried about not getting my money back or even the product unlike gravana you know your gonna get your product, thats what i was trying to say. Like i said if it was a couple of months then i understand what your going thru but the fact that its less then a month then i wouldn't worry to much about it.. Again im sorry for acting like a kid, i should know better, i just reacted to quickly in a stupid manner and im a huge gravana supporter so u can see where im comming from. I hope u can take my appoligy and good luck in the future with Gravana im sure it wont happen again. Thanks

2o3cavi - no problem here.

I can definitely understand where a lot of JBO members that have responded are coming, I do not think that this is a common occurrence for Gravana.

I just hope no one thinks I am attacking or trying to give Gravana a bad name. I have sent Jim other emails in the past (before this purchase) and was responded to in a timely manner. He was very helpful in helping me make decisions on what to do with my car.

Trying to spread the money around and support those other JBO companies, i have only been able to buy from Gravana this one time. I am positive that I will get what I ordered, and will order from Jim again.

Just that this instance caused a lot of other plans to fall through. I am over that, I was able to actually get the front end done this weekend (front control arm bushings, new 24mm front sway bar and polyurethane bushings) - with the exception of getting suspension braces made.

Jim emailed me today - Addco was suppose to ship the sway bar to me but they are on backorder until 4/23 .

What is up with all these parts being on backorder? I have heard this from other people , and other companies as well.

I guess I will not be getting my 1" rear bar any time soon. I just did not want the 22mm that everyone else offers so I am going to work something else out with Jim.

haha you people have no patience i waited 2 months on my crank pulley from highrev and did not once doubt that i was going to get it that and maybe the fact that i already knew that it took awhile to get the pulleys shipped because of rsm moving, but when i order my front strut bar from gravana it was here within a week great place to do businsess with and i may be ordering a header from jim this week. sometimes things take time and things happen just be patient you will get your parts

its only the start

If it was the Drift kit, expect to wait a couple more MONTHS. This is in no way Jim's fault though, so if you are making some "serious phone calls", they better be to Versus. Plus, it takes more than 3 days to ship a body kit, so you can count on it not being at your house on Friday.

Wow, you people must not buy anything you can't get at a drive through.

Seriously, sometimes things take longer than expected for reasons beyond our control. Get a life and be patient.

wow reading all this makes me wonder. i was worried about my order i placed on 3-25-05 for koni sport kit and the F/R strut bars. Does anybody know if konis are on backorder? I got an email stating that they didnt recieve payment and i would when it got there. a while back like 12 days after i ordered. now its going on 27 days and i got no word back from gravana.

Anybody know the status on jims health. or if koni and or vibrant font and rear bars are on backorder?
