I've got no problem with the mods really, other than one incident that i still don't understand. There's a thread, a completely MANY page whored thread that has nothing to do with the title & has no real topic other than to whore... and when i emailed about it after it got to be many pages long, the reply from Dave himself was:
"At this point I don't think that is really necessary. It seems pretty innocent
for the most part so far. If it heads south as far as what they are talking
about, or if there is any arguing going on, thats a different story."
Wow.... keep the whoring innocent & it's A-OK! That opened my eyes to favoritism. It says that as long as your whoring is innocent, waste all the bandwidth you want. The thread is now 13 pages long and is still just random crap. I guess rule #14 doesn't apply to everyone? A few comments here and there i understand, but 13 pages? The mods just aren't applying the rules to everyone evenly.
But yeah, i've never had a warning or a ban & don't understand what the big obsession with being a web badass is. The mods are fine other than the above mentioned situation.
I, personally, have only been on the site a short time, but I think it's great.
People don't know me, or what I'm up to, so I guess some of my posts cause some people to think I'm blowing smoke or something, but I could care less.
I hope that people are not judgemental, simply pass on some tips if they can (which I appreciate), and keep on keeping on.
I find value in coming to the site almost every day. Hopefully, one day, I'll be able to contribute to help out others.

im talking about the sigs that were censored and should have been acceptable in my opinion. ex. Borsty, Steve skinner, etc. those sigs were censored to where they should have been acceptable. yes this is a public forum but thigs liike that are in the media too and censored about the same way. im guessing that the decision came from people seeing their sigs and thinking, "hey if they have that, im gonna show more and it should be ok."
again im not saying "let us have sigs with porn!" but that some sigs should be acceptable but there should be some sort of guidelines set for what is acceptable and what is not.

hmm, mods are rarely a problem it seems.
sure soemtimes they play favorites but this isn't a democracy. as long as the person they are dealing with has been at least warned to know what they did/doing was wrong before the ban (or durning if it shoudl have been obvious) i don't see the deal.
untill it gets to the point where you don't want to post because your afraid the mod might ban you for a normal post i don't think we will have many problems

well didnt skim through, dont know if hell has broken loose in bicker wars yet...
but me.... i love em. i;ve gotten warnings when needed. i;ve been banned from posting when i deserved it, met quite a few at the bash and they were chill.
a few times a friend would make an inside joke and get banned for it, but by time i wrote and explained where the comment was from and that it wasnt offensive or anything, 24 hours had passed. so yea, they are also fair.
