High Rev. and RSM are in business together, Correct? I'm having problems with High Rev with shipping. My question is does anyone have these problems with RSM? I am interested in some of thier products, but affriad, from my dealings with High Rev.
I never purchased anything from RSM but i know they are a def good company. Craig comes on here and posts on this site. Very nice guy and from what i hear (and see from his posts he makes) great customer service. if i were to buy something it would be from that company even if it was a little more expensive than the competition. i like to contribute to good business.

Definitely good guys at RSM. Craig will give you the 411 when you're dealing with them and they've got a staffed shop you should always be able to get in touch with.

rsm does have another company they deal with here in the US
they are 1 of the companies that is under flatlanderracing.com
high rev has fine products.... but they dont know anything about shipping. it takes FOREVER.

RSM is a very reputiable company that back their products 100%.
High Rev simply sells RSm stuff to people in the US.
I'm sure RSM here in Toronto can get the stuff you want quicker if need be
because they manufacturer all their parts right at their shop.
Ask for Craig Lewis when you call and he'll treat you right.
It does depend what you need. So of RSM products take time to make, but I've very happy with all the RSM products that both me and my girl have on each car. I was just at HighRev yesterday, and RSM had to do a pick up of a few things from them to take back up to Candan. Both Companys, HighRev and RSM USA, are the same company. JJ and David are great people at Highrev. I know for a fact something great well soon be happening with HighRev again. Don't count them out if anyone has. I don't know why someone people go out and say they take forever to ship. Unless they make the product they can't control the shipping. They can only order it just like you order it from the people that make it. I know for a fact that some of the bad things said about Highrev in the past few post are not HighRev's fault. Also David posted his own cell number to make sure everything was taken care of. That is a great guy I really like to deal with.

RSM is first Rate Craig, Nelson, Bobbie they all work hard to get the products out as fast as they can but good stuff takes time to make.I,m sure the Guys at High REV are wanting to be as good as the guys at RSM in Canada but if you have doubts call Craig at 1-877-855-4920 I,m sure you will be as happy as I am with there service and products.

I have ordered form both companies, High Rev took a little long to ship one of my items. I guess the items are shipped form the factory so each item took a little longer to ship, the longest was a month but it was a turbo part that I wasn't in need of at the time. So I suppose that I would buy from them again. I ordered a 62mm throttle body from RSM amost a month ago and I still have no TB, but supposedely it will be shipped this week, we'll see. they have been pretty good about talking to me and telling me what is going on so I have no complaints so far from them other than they didn't have any TB's ready to be shipped. form what I here RSM as some great quality stuff also they have some hard to find items.

When looking at pricing on RSMRacing.com is that Canadian or US currency?
The pricing on the net is is in US dollars. Fellow Canucks need only to multiply by 1.25 to get pricing.
We are working on a Canadian site. I am sorry to admit that the US version had to be a priority.

Everyone at RSM is an enthusiast. We make lots of mistakes, but do our best to keep up with the demand.
We all just want to work with the things that we love. I have been a loyal GM enthusiast all my life. A J body owner for almost all of my driving experience. I am thankful that I have the opportunity to be involved in what I consider a dream job.
My RSM Rear Strut was just ok. The brackets didn't fit that well, the instructions were not that great either. I ordered from High Rev....NEVER AGAIN. It took a MONTH to get the product. Unacceptable. No email or phone call EVER returned. They charged my Credit Card the first day also.
I probably wouldn't hesitate to purchase another RSM product however. Just not through High Rev...
I ran all over town on Friday trying to get my hands on a belt tensioner tool so we could install my supercharger yesterday.
I didn't find one. Every place I checked that lends tools didn't have it.
I called Craig at RSM and asked if maybe I could borrow one from the shop.
Well we started off the install yesterday using a regular wrench to get the belt off but the new one sure as hell wasn't going to on that way without a major fight.
Well later in the day, guess who saunters by with a top-notch ratcheting serpentine belt tool?
Hell, that was way better than the solid ones the tool-lenders hand over. Putting the new belt on was easy as pie!
And along with letting us borrow the shop tools... something else showed up as well.

Now bear in mind that I've got a lot of stuff on my car that directly competes with a lot of the stuff they make so they've really got no reason to go out of their way to help me out. But they did, and that means a lot.
So there's my 2 cents on the topic of RSM Racing.
RSM rocks my socks, and if possible i would bear craigs children.
