It's been in the testing phase for a bit, but now (apparently) it's been made public...
Goes along with the "PM" button you see below everyone's messages. The 'My Inbox' link has always been there, but only visible to those that had messages in their inbox (those helping me test it mainly). I just changed it so it now shows up for everyone regardless of if there are messages. I'll be adding more features to it later, like email notification and such.
