im still having the problem also. Its taken me at least a dozen times to just get to the site then who knows how long it took me to just get to this post

i had a long-in problem last night....i kept putting in my name and password, then hit login and it would just go back to the homepage without logging me in.....dont know if it was a site error or my friends computer
Just thought I would let you know Dave that I was getting the "could not connect to database" error again last night.....everytime I tried to click on the forum tabs like boost,maintenance, etc.....

i got it REALLY bad the other night... i still get it ... but maybe 1 every 20 - 25 clicks... and i can back up and click again and its usualy works.....
but the other night i got it while trying to post... so i xed the browser and re opened it... the post was made, however i kept getting it trying to log back in... open any thread i had recently posted in (threads opened up if i never posted in em)... i tried looking at other people's profiles and that worked... but if i looked at my own (still not logged in), i get the error... it was hardcore like that for about 5 minutes and then went away...
