I've ordered directly from RkSport. Even went to their shop to pick stuff up. They have a very nice place. Anyways every time I have ordered I got my products on time and without a mix up. But I still think you should order from Karo. That way your helping him out and rksport.

i wouldnt call that throwing you under the bus. if anything he is telling of a bad experience he had with you. we all appreciate what your guys do for us but lets face the facts withkaro its free shipping , thats quite the incentive when you start ordering bigger things , besides it still your product so i dont really see what the major issue is here. karo buys from you , we buy from karo it all works itself out in the end. a good customer service rep should always give many options even if that means losing a potential customer , in this situation you are not losing anyone.

I couldn't explain it better then you just did Beatz !!!! Enuff said ... because I too had bad experience with RK but by me if I dont get the right order or provide the correct information when im ordering, I just wont do business with them enuff said ... that's just me ...

Plus Karo has Awesome customer service..... either Email, Phone or Instant message.... he will contact you and give you a status of our orders...

Brian Anderson wrote:how does he ship for free!? thats so sweet if you want to order a hood or something.
well , from my buisness aspect and by no means knowing from karo about how he does this but just my view on it , it is already fractioned into the price of the part if a hood costs x amount of dollars he raises the price slightly to cover the cost of shipping most likely not the full price of shipping but some to help him cover it. so the way that you see it is no shipping charge whatsoever but in reality you have paid for it it was included in the price of the hood..

disclaimer ******

i do not know if that is the way he does it nor do i want to know , all that matters to me is the guy is a respectable member of this community and goes to hell everyday for the org to supply what the members want so remember if this is not correct hold me to it not karo !!!!!!

Re: ordering from RKsport

okay okay okay I will explain how i do things......

Most companies do NOT allow you to advertise item pricing below X amount. For exmaple RkSport does not allow you to advertise 5% below retail pricing and or B&M does not allow you to advertise below jobber pricing. So what do I do? I take the next step, I ship it for FREE to save people more money. On some items i truely end up taking a loss when I sell it, for exmaple all the RKSport Cat Backs I end up with a 8-16 dollar LOSS because there is NOT enough profit in the sale to even cover the shipping price. Cat backs are not the only items I end up with a loss but you know, thats part of the game. Why do I do it? Simple, it bring business and people buy other items.

Home-Depot does the same thing, they will for example lose a ton of money by selling drywall for so cheap but everyone knows that if you go into home-depot you dont only buy drywall......

I do NOT ship free to Canada, sorry but shipping to Canada costs alot more and I will really end up with a huge loss if I do such a thing. I do however try my best to keep it fair when I ship to Canada.

sunstealth

I got your e mail, I am not ignoring you by any means, I have been sick the past few days and I promise I will e mail you back with all the info as soon as I get a chance.

Hope that clears a few things up.

PS: for those who dont believe i lose money on a sale, i will be more than happy to provide you my cost invoice on the items and how much i sell it for so you can see what i mean by losing money.
