June 23? Is that the day of the annual FL meet? I may pop up there to see who all I still know shows. I know last time it was at race rock I popped in before work and saw so many new faces, talked to the tampa crew for a bit that I knew, and I think higgins, and tony and bailed.

Well we can all reminisce about Chris Lytle, Genertec, speedtec, the notorious Dom, me almost getting subpoenaed into a court case because someone was bashing him so bad and I refuesed to give him admin rights. Come to find out the attorney who emailed me was his father. Oh the good ol days. Also there was one company that first started screwing people over before the "tecs". I think it was a Three letter company and maybe the owner was Henry Dralle or something. I may be associating the wrong name but this was back whe the only form of communication was the onelist groups.

Has anyone kept in touch with Gerg Smith from the old RK. He told me he was moving to texas and doing something with computers when he left the company.

Teske, you even helped me out on some things. I learned alot in my years doing the J thing. I started it all at like 19 when I was bored as hell in the marines doing IT work LOL. Now I am going on 30 and feel like grandpa.

Not to mention that to this day, I am still utterly surprised that Motegi didn't help fund this site due to the sheer fact that JBO has the highest MR7 to member ratio of any website in the history of the internet.

I am no where near as old and grey as you guys. But the name I haven't seen in a while is Bortsy?? I could always count on an entertaining read in the J-body versus form, and he always had amazing remarks to peoples "will me stock 2.2 be able to compete with a BMW m3" .

Hey all... It's been a long time since I've even updated my profile... So glad that I can say so many of you are still my good friends.

Shout out to Dave, Ken, Kev (T-Rex), Bruce, Wizzer who have already chimed in, also to all the folks from Wisconsin J-bodies, Precizon, and yes you long lost friends out in the NE and the NW.

I will never forget January 2002 when I slept on like 6 couches on my trip from Massachusetts, through Ohio, to Wisconsin. With various car parts in my Cavalier for distribution across the Midwest.

And hey is KOTL still Lording over Off Topic? Where are ya Chris?

I might not be such an old timer for the org. I was visiting long before I registered.

I still read through all the time, I just don't post much anymore.

I miss my J and hope to have another one day.

Seriously. For anyone who hasn't been here since long before premium memberships were available, keep in mind that a lot of us old-school members pitched in quite a bit of money to buy two new servers for the .org back in the day when the site started taking off and the existing hardware just couldn't handle the load anymore.

word! i remember meeting the PreciZion crew at CT's one weekend and crashing at knowledge's place. a lot of OG members in this thread...

and i think that this is my first post in 2 years. ...and man my profile is out dated!

OK I was cleaning out my desk at work today (I'm moving to a different department) and found the ORIGINAL drawing I made of my signature - before I added colour digitally. It was done on art board. I have to take a pic of it. Anyway, since I made it in 2001I think my sig has been the most JACKED sig on this board. Bastards! LOL

hey karl, my car is still primered(i'm taking over coderedz24's place as longest in primer haha)...since you seen it a couple years back it has the ever popular vertical doors, the stereo has changed again, 4 15's in the back seat area, license plate in the trunk lid...my newest mod was removing the back bumper on I-75 courtesy of a large piece of tire and destroying the front bumper as well, so the blitz is coming off and replacing with a 95-99 z24 kit, i will be the first to have a headlight and tail light conversion with a factory kit...in case anyone is wondering, the kit will be modified for this...i found a guy who can modify eurathane

I was around for awhile (under the name LilCherryBomb) but then I got too mouthy and opinionated and Dave banished me.

Traded in the Cavalier and now I'm a Dodge girl. If it wasn't for PreciZion, I wouldn't have posted here today because I'm hardly ever here anymore. Kinda miss the place, really. Hope everyone is doing well!

Still can't touch this. J-bod scene since 95. I remember when RK didn't offer anything for our cars. How many remember the old BB-elec list? If I remember right there were like 10 of us on that list. Remember this long running question. How do I remove my tuner tube? first bash was 99' Remember the 3 party rooms how bout some people changing oil and throwing it in the hotels dumpster Also Dan Bettis doing that CRAZY burnout in front of the hotel at the 99 bash. Also I remember at the 00' bash myself,Tim Schilling,VK,Erod,&Brad getting Teske drunk off his underage ass at that hole in the wall bar.LOL!!! Hey Erod U still remember the civic party car? Well I'm still here and yes I still have the Z.
