I'm still around.

I got rid of my Cav at the beginning of the summer, but I just picked up a 99 Sunfire GT Vert that I'm going to daily for a while, then probably play with starting next year.

Nah I wrecked it several years ago. Still have pieces of it laying around though (stock hood, tail lights, a few other things). lol

Well, Now it's 22 years with a J...

Though the wife's 2003 is on it's last legs....runs great-but 15 MI winters are catching up fast...just a matter of time before rust does get it...

2004 is still going...runs, in storage because insurance on it in MI looks like someone who has many DUIs, bad credit, and many points (when there is not) Insurance is more than the car is worth for a six month bill! But, if I can find reasonable insurance, it will hit the road soon for the first time in years.....

I just came back today after one of my other car groups on Facebook were talking about old school forums.

My cav blew its motor in 2006 after a handful of headaches since I had it as a teenager. Since then I owned an 03 350z, a couple of Preludes, currently a 93 300ZX and a 86 Porsche 944. I do occasionally miss the cav sometimes but man, I remember the mechanical headaches that even make my Z seem like a saint and the feeling subsided lol.

LOL! I check in now and then to see who's still alive. I can't believe it's been nearly 20 years since I bought my first j-body!!

Some nice upgrades there!! I've been a PCA member the past few years too.

Now I've got both ends of the spectrum covered. I've got a lifted Wrangler for the slow stuff and my new GT3 is being taken off the boat in Halifax tomorrow morning. I should have it in a few weeks.

Old Bastard here. 2001-ish I think. A bunch of beer and old memories brought me here...literally just a few min ago. Was kind of surprised to see the site still up.

holy @!#$. my last sign in was august of 2008. i wrecked my 99 z24 right before i left for bootcamp in 09 and my mom still has her 2002 cavalier sedan that i drove right after highschool. this year i turn 30 and have been in the navy almost 9 years. something told me to just see if this was still around. freaking crazy. and reading my old threads, i was such a newb. since then ive built a 240sx. owned 3 and now i currently drive a 2004 g35 sedan 6 speed for a daily. a swapped 96 e36 coupe for my weekend track car. time flys and so does life. hello to everyone.

Oh damn! Jbody.og! I used to be on here all the time when I had my 2001 z24. Fun times. For whatever reason, I was thinking of this site and stopped by to see if it was still kicking.

I will say I am glad Dave.org has kept this place running. GM changes names on cars more often than the competitors but they still made a somewhat decent car for the times. I still enjoy driving my 176k LD9 though i wish it was my oringinal one that the deer took out for reaons.
