I don't think Greg has ever posted here.

Aside from the vinyl....I'd take that car in a minute.

We did the show this past summer. I think the show will be repeated 16 times over the coarse of the year.

Ok... so the guy entered and got chosen to have his ride decked out. Then he turns around and sells it?

And it was an adult too, right?

They should have chosen someone who would have appreciated what was being done for them and enjoyed driving the car afterwards. Not someone just trying to make a quick buck.

Agreed^^^

I'd take that car anyday as well.

With all the Suspension mods and that RSM Supercharger. Mmmmmm.

Anybody have a pic? I'm in school away from home so I don't have cable

Re: tuner transformation car

that kinda pisses me off that the person was trying to sell it that fast.....he probably had no interest in cars and was just picking up a few bucks and got lucky

Re: tuner transformation car

its on tomorrow at 10 am on speed channel

as for the show though, does anyone else think it sucks? i think they tried to make a copy of pimp my ride, but because the budgets they have are so low, 3 grand doesn't really buy much and they really dont do much anyway. even the people, scripts, editing, they suck too. garbage show if you ask me.

tuner transformation is better than Pimp My Ride. IMO anyway
at least on tuner transformation they make the cars drive able, like engine rebuilds and swaps. plus they do performance upgrades

Usually it seems everyone on Tuner Transformation could have cared less abou the free mods given to their cars. They just look at and and they're like "Eh, I was going to get around to doing that."

And yes, they really need to do some younger kids' rides.

Disagree, I like Pimp my Ride better. They help people who need help. The people on tuner Transformation are stupid in my opinion.

yea, because they dont do hardly anything. i saw one of them there they put on an intake, a larger diameter intercooler pipe, some new rims, and body graphics. that's it? come on man......i'd have the same damn reaction honestly.

and while the pimp my ride cars are tacky as hell, they SURELY put in a LOT of work into it, more than just the 3 hours they put into the TT cars. i was closely looking at the paint on one of the PMR cars, and the underbody, wheel wells, nothing (that the body kit was on) was painted. but who cares, cuz overall they aren't making much money on the cars they gotta get out quickly anyway. but someone on here once posted their true work that they do for customer cars, and WOW was i amazed, best work i've ever seen in my entire life (and i've seen a lot of cars). even the cheesy interiors on PMR are not easily cranked out in "a few hours".

please tell me you're not serious. you know those idiots go to junkyards and pick up the nastiest looking beaters they can get their hands on for $5. it's ridiculous. besides, what on MTV isn't fake and scripted?

^ yea but for tv, the people on pimp my ride are so much better for television, whereas the guys on tuner transformation are purposely trying to act for the television show. the old guy is the calm leader guy, the performance guy is the smart tech guy, and the third guy is the crazy guy. its like they try to act so hard for their roles. i agree w/ hig.

WOW now this is a tuner transformation i could actually appreciate, since they had a REAL budget this time. RSM charger, header, full exhaust, clutch, rk prostreets, 17" wheels, import fighter kit, and a carbon fiber hood, thats definitely more like it. finally i liked one of the shows.
