It's not that they "seem" to not answer their phones. They simply don't. Very evident by all the negative posts about them.

I'd be a little perturbed if I ordered something and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone about my order for 2 weeks.

I'd just kick myself in the nuts for ordering from someone and not checking out their reputation first.

i figured the only way to do business with them is to pick up the product yourself. and i know thats hard to do for a lot of you across the country but it seems like the only thing you can do.

i'm baaaaack!!

Lately I've heard good and bad things. When I ordered something and there was a problem, Jenny called me and let me know on the phone. Call and leave a message...I don't think they are out to rip you off but maybe something is going on.

They are a good as in honest company. However, they do lack the ability to keep up with the demand from the customer. They fail to notify you about anything. I have always rec'd whatever I ordered but the whole time, they keep you guessing.

That's the only negative thing about them I have to say.

Yea, after a MONTH, after they charged my card and sent NO PRODUCT, and they NEVER EVER answered any phone calls or emails.

As I said, a JOKE of a company and they will never ever get another penny from me.

I ordered from NOPI today and got a call with in a hour saying the brake pads were out of stock. THAT IS SERVICE.

1 month is entirely too long to wait. The card was charged and no contact was made. They ignored his emails and phone calls. That's BAD customer service.

MrGTO don't worry about 99redz24, When I looked at his profile I wasn't suprised when I saw this:

It took me a while to get my rear strut bar but Jenny actually called me back and let me know whats going on. It wasn't her fault, it was actually RSM Racing...they were on back order on making them at the time so it took a little while but I got it. I actually talked to Jenny in person cause she said she would bring it to me at the Bash but it ended up being shipped out a couple days before the bash. When I got home, it was there.

From my experience, fast shipping and decent service. Maybe everyone's experience is different.

yes alot of people do have their site in the profile as well as their sig. like me. chad you have no room to talk because you have Car customs and gravana both on your profile, so that must mean they give even better service to you. so chad stop bad mouthing other companies especially if youve never delt with them. call me a nutswinger for all i car, because you are one too. all though they may not be the best at returning phone calls, they are still a great company and they wont screw you over. i've ordered everything on my sig through them minus rear strutbar and I got them never did i get screwed. half of the people from here that call and leave messages dont even leave a call back number, hell even i cought my self doing that a few times so i would call again and realize i forgot and leave my phone number. If they are such a bad company then dont order from them, i know I will continue to order stuff through them because i know they wont screw me, just like car customs, gravana, etc they wont screw anyone. so chad quit yyour high rev bashing allready and go sell what ever is left of your car and do something usefull with your life.
