track window would be 4 hours I've got considerable interest here, plus some other unnamed sponsor leads at this time. I might just go forth with this. I am trying to talk to the track and see if we can hold this date as well

for everyone saying that $50 is a lot. thats a dollar a day til he needs it. thats spare change, thats a cup of coffee a day you can skip. its not as bad as people think. granted the economy is bad but still $1 a day is nothing. its all about a budget. i have done MANY private track rentals and believe me its way better. one day i got in 26 runs in my car. it was a blast, you could run as little or as many times as you wanted to. hot lap, or let it sit or whatever. you had a lot more fun than sitting and waiting for an hour between runs. but the disadvantage is that the public wont really be there to see what our cars can really do.

having the track to yoruselves. no locals getting in the way. having the entire place to ourselves.

considering most of the shows i pay to enter our $50 bucks a pop its not expensive, its just the same as everything else.

having the track to ourselves. nobody els getting in the way. we cna run the race part the way we want it withot the locals slowing things down.

instead of saying its a waste of money or asking stupid questions you should either STFU or show some support

^^lololol

Yea like everyone else is saying. We could get 10+ runs in as appose to 3-4 runs if there locals where there. Yea id like the public to see what our cars can and will do, but its not that serious to me for someone to look at my car. 9 times out of 10, they'll say its JUST a cavalier anyway. Who cares.

Lets get this poppin!!

well like i said, when we did private track rentals for my friends and i, i got 25 or so runs in. you will never get that unless its a private rental. believe me when i say coming from experience, this would be worth it. more runs to be more consistant and more grudge matches and just more guranteed track time.
