94 Flasher Relay?
Thursday, December 18, 2008 8:43 PM
Hey guys, got a quick question. On my g/f's 94 Cavalier, her turn signal stays illuminated, but doesn't flash. Its not a fuse, or the bulbs, it just doesn't flash, so I'm assuming its the flasher relay. I've replaced it on a 2000 Cavalier, and I know it was the green relay under the dash near the wheel. I did a search and didn't find any on this year Cavalier either. My question, is it the same relay, or is replacing it the same? Is it in the same spot?

Any info would help

Thanks :-)

I think the older ones had the round flasher. should be attached to the steering column or somewhere close.

Yeah, her father went to Carquest for her and the guy gave him the one for that year. Its a black, rounded off one with two prongs. I just want to make sure it is in the same place about so I don't know crazy, lol

FYI, I just did this in my 95 sunfire, and I do have 2 separate flashers. So, I'm not sure when the switch to a single one was made, but wanted to let people know that it may be possible that there are 2.
