aftermarket autometer guages

seeing as my temp hand is wack on my car, and i liked the look of the A pillar gauge trio, i bought it off ebay, so i can install three aftermarket (sunpro) mechanical gauges (coolant temp, oil psi and maybe a/f ratio really undecided about the 3rd one) but anyway i was wondering if any of you guys could tell me where the best place to install the gauges to get the best/most accurate reading. ive tried the factory temp sensor and it is too small and so are all the hex head plugs around the engine. ( i dont care to drill and tap, or get an adapter?) appreciate the help

You can buy a coolant temp sensor adapter on ebay for real cheap. Basically just plug your sensor into it, cut one of the big rad. hoses and slide it in.
