So I have absolutely no fan function, doesn't matter the setting or speed on the hvac controls, it does not turn on, there is power going to the controls but none going to the fan. The fan works I removed it and hooked it up to a 12 volt source, and it works fine. So I'm thinking it is the blower motor resistor, seeing as kicking near it would turn the fan on periodically. If the resistor is blown could you have no fan function? Or could it be the controls? Seeing as there is no out voltage coming from the hvac control unit.
