Wiper Irritant

My wipers don't rest at the bottom of their stroke, but do the full swipe when on. Any ideas on how to get them to rest in the proper location?

Take the nuts holding them on off and then adjust the wipers to the spot you want them to rest. Put the nuts back on and you're done

Thanks for the quick response. It seemed to obvious.

The 98+ cars don't "rest" when you shut them off like the 95-97's did. The newer models will never get anywhere near the black plastic stops on the cowl panel.

The older wiper motors would die anyway... with the wipers now resting in the straight up position when shut off. If you look around, you'll notice people with that age of car once in a while... always in the straight up position.
