01 2.2L OHV Auto Stalls in Reverse

Hey guys,

Just had a problem start happening to me yesterday. Engine has 240K on it and never had a problem until now. Just replaced rear o2 sensor with a new Delco o2 to get try and get rid of p0420 trouble code. Reset computer by disconnecting battery. Car starts fine and reverses fine when cold. When engine is warm, everytime I've put the car in reverse, the engine immediately dies. Sometimes the engine will fight to stay running, but ultimately it always stalls.

Funny thing is, the car will run fine in drive. I drove it 30 miles to work today and it runs fine. It ONLY stalls when in reverse. No new trouble codes. Everything else seems ok.

Any ideas?
