I've never read on this forum any comment about the above subject.....


Without mentioning any brands, they are well known for their natural ability to keep

gaskets and seals from shrinking and hardening.


This is particularly true for engine seals & gaskets that must survive high temperatures.


Petroleum based products, even if fortified, just cannot compete.


I've reduced gasket and seal replacements almost entirely since learning this.


(This is a subject that may cause arguments, but I'm not going to say any more.)
