Fuel pump reset

Isn't there such a thing as resetting the fuel pump if the vehicle is in an accident?

Most fuel pumps have a valve or switch that will kill the pump if the car is upside down. Not sure if the fuel pump would cut out if the airbags were deployed....

Dont think so I know ppl in accidents that drove home after having the bags deployed
