leaking OIL?? from the valve cover? help

This bolt on my valve cover seems to be leaking some oil, wut are the causes of this? How do i go about fixing it? is it easy? Do it yourself? or take it somewhere?

um.... take off the vavle cover and replace the gasket?


take like 10-15 mins tops. make sure u got the correct trq for the bolts too.



if u wanted to be fancy you could clean it up and spray paint it, idk red to match your car.

where do i get a gasket? auto store im sure... lol or if im wrong help me

and it just has 3 bolts holding it down? so pop it off and replace it? eazy as pie?

can i get a little more detailed instructions? i work better with detailed directions

The valve cover gaskets on the 2.2 don't hold up very well. just replace the gasket and that should take care of the problem

You can pick up the gasket from you local dealership. The part # is 024576310.
It should only cost about $10. But i wouldn't go with a aftermarket part.
