What might be some causes of me seeing a little bit
of oil on the underside of my breather filter.

kill the breather and hook up the intake correctly.
im not trying to be and ass, just commenting. gm designed it like that for a reason.
what kind of intake do you have?

its normal. ABout every year i have to replace my breather filter on my 2200 poor it being clogged with oil.
