How long for install.

Hey guys. i was just wondering if someone could tell me about how long it would take me to install a new water pump on my car 97 cacv 2.2. It went out today and i have got a new one already but i was just curious on how long it should take me to change it. I have changed waterpumps before but i always had someone to help me along and this time i will be solo but i know what i am doing. so just estimate and tell me how long a typical water pump install is please. thanks in advance.

2 hours max.

Drain coolant. Loosen the bolts on the water pump pully. Remove belt. Remove alternator. Remove the rest of the bolts on the water pump. Clean surfaces. Install new gasket. Reinstall everything(finish tightening the bolts on the pully after you put the belt on).

The hardest part is getting the surfaces clean if there is permatex on there.

Thanks for the responses guys. I am working on it right now. i got the old water pump off right now and after this drink of refreshing mountain dew, i am going to get back on it. it is 5:23pm here so i should be done or close to being done around 7:00pm?? Is there anything else that i should replace as long as i am in there??
