Just got my cylinder head back from the machine shop and they said they had to shave off .027 of an inch. Will I have any problem with clearances?? How close are the pistons to the valves?? What are the chances that they might hit each other? Think it will effect how the car runs??

Would really help to know what cylinder head they shaved. (2200, 2.2, 2.4, Eco, 2.0, 2.8, 3.1) There are a lot of potential motors you are talking about.
