I am going today to get my oil changed. I am almost at 26,000 Miles and I want to know if there is anything else that I need to get changed while I'm at it? Also, do I use 10w30? That was what is being put in it now, but I thought it was suppose to be 5w30. Thanks in advance.

Had your fuel filter changed lately? 5w30 is sufficient.

But is 10w30 better? I use to use 10w30 in my firebird i just didnt know if it was too much for my cavy.

10w30 is good in the hot weather however it makes the oil pump work slightly harded and will use slightly more gas if its cold the top of the engine will starve for oil for a littel bit gm sugests 5w30 my sugestion would be to listen to gm and use 5w30

o and probaly control arm bushings
