Incompatible Power Window Switches

So my passenger side power window hasnt gone down in about a year in my '96 GT.
I can hear the solenoid/motor kick in when I hit I press up so I assume the motor still works however I get nothing when I hit the down button. A couple months ago I got the voltmeter out and if I remember correctly I got 14v on the motor when I pressed up but nothing when I pressed down. So I assumed the switch was gone. Im pretty sure I did a continuity test to rule out a broken wire too. Anywho I got a power window switch from a '95 Sunfire and low and behold the connections are totally different. So much for -95-99 model year compatibility. Has anybody ever had this problem and what did you do? If anyone is kind enough (and have a '95 Sunfire)...I would REALLY appreciate it if they could go and yank their switch out of the console and do up a diagram of what wires go where in the connector. Then I could reassemble the connector properly. Right now I plug it in and get nothing.

Thanks,

Ron
