Hi,

I have a 2001 Sunfire GT with manual transmission just for the record. Today while I was cruising my car started to make a stange noise. I can not really tell if it come from the engine or the transmission. The only thing i know, is that when I accelerate it makes the noise louder ;kind of a clap or rattle coming from the engine or trans ( a sound like if the crankshaft was clapping hard). I drove my car to the dealership but I am curious to know what the problem is. By the way, when I drove to the dealership the engine kinda had some hesitation when I was pushing a little on the gaz.
