Has anyone replaced the wiring harness underneath the battery (it goes to the headlights)?
Mine is very very badly corroded. Even the plastic has holes in it. I need to replace both sides, so I'm guessing I need to get these parts from the dealer. Does anyone know an approximate price for the parts? or how hard it is to do?

PS Currently it is so bad that neither one of my headlights work.

I had a problem with that harness too but I couldn't justify spending $576.00 on a new one at the dealer. I just took the time to remove all tape and loom and clean everything up with elec. contact cleaner. Turned out to be broken wire behind left head. I've seen other posts about removing wheel wells and stuff but found the plug under bat. box to be accesible from beneath the car. 97 Z24
