Recently my cluster is turnign off and on my bright head light (blue one) flickers theft light comes on everything it comes on goes off flickers i and my turn signals dont work they dont light up at all, i preety postive its a short but where do i start looking?

Electric problems are very hard to chase unless you know what you are doing, which I don't, I had a similar problem with a 95 neon (famous for electrical gremlins) and endend up burining out 2 alternators before I decided to take it to an auto electirc shop, and for $75 they found 3 or 4 shorts and fixed it, I'd try taking it to someone like that first thing.
