Need help with horn
Thursday, April 07, 2005 6:20 PM
Recently my horn has gotten very temper mental. It will work one day and not the next. Any suggestions or an easy way to figure out the problem? I am thinking it is something with my steering column but I am not sure how to take it apart to get to it.

disconnec the battary
turn wheel 90 degress from the normal straight position.
Take 2 screws out from the back, this will remove air bag.

Everything else can get figured out or read in a haynes manual.

Hit 200 NA it broke once, Hit 213 it broke again,
Hitting 300 NA is further away than I thought.

You might need a new horn, mine did the same thing and eventually just stopped working all together. The dealership said my horn was blown and I needed a new one.
