'95 Sunfire Engine & Blinker probs!
Thursday, April 07, 2005 5:23 PM
My '95 sunfire has just been put on the road after sitting for two years.. When i started driving it, the engine began to chug really bad and bog down. I took it to the shop and got a new Fuel Coil put in it, but it is still doing the same thing and now the signal lights, and day-time running lights arent working.. what could it be?? Please help!

Melissa

Check all your fuses and grounds.

A Fuel Coil ????????????
Do mean a fuel filter or pump ???

Did you put nice new gas in it or just drove it on what you had in it for 2 years ???

Hit 200 NA it broke once, Hit 213 it broke again,
Hitting 300 NA is further away than I thought.

did you change the oil? that oil must be all nasty in there and not helping out at all. nI think he means fuel filter. Maybe your air filter is all clogged up...i mean it has been sitting for 2 years....

gas gets seperated a little too if it sits too long. i would run some sea foam through it.
clean all the old gas out.

drain the fuel tank, and get a fresh tank, and run a bottle of drygas (antifreeze/water remover) in it..
