Take the valve cover off and polish or aint it .. maybe even powder coat it.

Get some custom blue wires and for god sake clean teh bay up with a degereaser .. that is about all I can say for now.

Hit 200 NA it broke once, Hit 213 it broke again,
Hitting 300 NA is further away than I thought.

Simple green my friend.

wet down engine bay, and spray on a high consentration of it. Let it sit for 10-12 min or so, then wash off till no more suds are forming with a hose. Then get a wet/dry shop vac and suck the standing water out of the spark plug ports.

paint the valve cover , paint all the brackets on the motor.either replace the plastic cover
that goes on the radiator support , if you do this paint it first, or you can make something to cover it.also paint the front motor mount.polish the intake.paint the oil filler tube.also paint the motor block.this is the plans for mine except for painting the motor block i don't feel like pulling my motor out yet to do it.hope this helps you.any questions you can e-mail me and i'll be glad to help.

CD2 engine detailer. clean with simple green like stated above and follow the directions on the can. You can use armor all too. Just spray it on with the engine wet and let it sit overnight.

Personally, I like a CLEAN engine bay. Ever aftermarket set of wires (NOS, amp, etc) in my engine is wrapped in black wire loom and taped at the end so they look like they belong there, stock. If you want things polished, I'm the guy to talk to. I do have a very different taste than most on this site, but I haven't gotten any complaints so far
