what plugs did you put in it , what plugs did you take out ?

You could have a coil pack going bad or even some bad wires, if i remember correctly the firing on the coil packs is 3241 going from top to bottom .. but thats on a 96 with the packs on the back of the motor not the side like yours.

Hit 200 NA it broke once, Hit 213 it broke again,
Hitting 300 NA is further away than I thought.

I took out split fires (second time i had them) and went back to ac delco's. I don't know i tried the splitfires again, cuz i remember i had the problem with them the first time around...i just can't remember exactly what it was.

My repair manual says the firing order is 1324....wait sec. thats pretty much the samething. Ok nevermind

OK, well it's not the plugs. It's still doin it, so i'm guessin it might be one of the wires goin to the ignition control module since i got the rksports tach adaptor. I guess i'll go check that out

that would mean .060 and nothing else .. the cars are picky.

yeah thats the main thing i heard about the splitfires. Everyone told me to stay away from them, but me being me, wanted to see why. They were fine for me, but i'd rather stick with the ac delcos

The AC Delco's I got were pre-gapped to .060 so I'd imagine as long as you order them with your car selected they come pre-gapped? I put one on the feeler gauge and it was set right, didn't mess with anyh of the others after I saw the first one was correct. Glad those Bosch Platinum+4's are out of my car, it has sooo much more power on stock plugs and it doesn't sit there and miss and sputter like crazy.
