Do i have to drop the tank toi get the fuel pump out?
I pulled the bottom of the back seat out and see what looks to be an access panel but I can't get it off?

I need to drop the tank.
Yes you need to drop the tank to get to the fuel pump. Though I would make certain it is the pump.
What's the ymm? And what's it doing (and what have you checked) to determine its the pump and not a relay or something?
