how would i go about scanning an old code? my friend threw a code but then took it to autozone and they erased it and now we need to know what the code was to investigate the current issue. i thought i remembered that the computer still saves all the codes you've thrown in the past, and theres a certain something/somehow u can do to retrieve the old codes... is it software for a laptop kinda setup, or something we'd need to do it?
any help is appreciated
Only certain things are stored in the history. Most codes are not.
