spark plugs

I was attempting to change a set of plugs on the old lady's 99 sunflower gt, and the plugs seem to be seized in the head... The olny idea I have is to run it till hot and try then, but have not tried.. Any help would be appreciated..

Should be harder when its hot, reason being is that metal expands when heat is present, just spray a little wd-40 on each plug, let sit over night, wipe what ever stuff came off of them, and then try it out, hope this helps.

Clean that WD-40 off the head threads before you put the new plugs in, it may make it MUCH easier to accidentally cross-thread it.
