My Car Has Been Sitting For About A Year. What are the basics steps i should take before i get it running again. such as change oil and put gas treatment in the gas. Im Jus Wondering What Else i Should Do Before I Start It? and b4 I Get It On The Road.
If it were me, oil and filter, spark plugs and check the coolant level. Let it warm up all the way and drive it like you never stopped.
Thats if you just parked it and left it. I did that with my 4.3 truck and its been fine. It was burning a lot of oil for a few weeks so make sure to check the level regularly (something about sitting caused it to burn a lot of oil that eventually stopped).
