2000 Sunfire Revs at 30 MPH

LONG-time lurker and reader here. Have had this 2000 Sunfire 2.2L since it was brand new, bought in 1999 and it's still going strong with 150K...almost! Hardly any issues since I've owned it.

Yesterday though, it started doing something odd. When driving, it revs at 30 MPH and won't accelerate. I can let off the accelerator and the revs will drop and I can usually get it to resume driving normal and go over 30 MPH...occasionally it'll get stuck at 30.

Checked the trans fluid and it looks good, not low or black.

Any thought on the cause? Clogged fuel or air filter? Sensor? It shifts super smooth until this point, so I don't suspect a transmission issue.

Thanks in advance!

Also should mention, did replace most sensors last year and there is no CEL. Idles perfectly too.

Vacuum leak?
