Ouch! What a pain in the ass. I'm from mn. and we have no emmision laws here. I was going to come out to visit friends but I don't know if I should even step foot in Cali. with my car. Dose California laws apply to out of state people too or only residents? Maybe Ill drive drive to the boarder and get a rental. lol.

that is the addy for arb..enter any of your carb #'s and see if it is REALLY legal..there are NO aftermarket intakes legal for 03+ cavaliers...my bypass is in there nuber wise that is..but just for alot of other cars..just not mine!
