I do recommend that your (weapon r) intakes come with the right couplers. many people (including me) have had problems in regard to this.

Basically it came with 4 rubber couplers. Only two fit (tb to metal elbow and pipe to filter). So I had two extra and needed another. It was a while ago. But it all worked out. I returned the weapon r and the next day aem needed a test car.

Some other people haven't got the right couplers too.

Hm well i got the PM and i needed the JBO opinion
I would still have to buy the header which i thought was lame since it sounds like they need it for more than one day
So for them to beat on my car do you think it is worth it??

that really depends on the price they are wanting to charge

i know alot of other companies do not charge for it , more so if its gonna be a few days , some have even offered rental cars

yeah the price would still be a couple hundred bucks, plus i would need a place to stay up there like a hotel + food

would almost be cheaper just to buy the bloody thing when its released.
But hey if they change it to free i would be down.

free of charge. gotta think of gas being 2.50 a gallon to get up there, plus food, plus hotel, plus a ride to get around while yours is gone.

...doesnt pacesetter already make a header for our cars...

depending on how far of a drive you've got, you're looking at an easy 200-500 dollar trip just for a free header. seems not worth it to me.

GO PATS!!!

There will always be some out of pocket costs associated with being a test vehicle. While I've always received free parts for helping out its cost me time and money. But, it's been well worth it because it's landed me some pretty cool oppurtunities.
