Moving to Redlands

Those of you that know me know I'm a NorCal guy. Now I'll be a SoCal guy. I'm not so much in the car scene anymore, but I do have some stuff to get rid of. I'll be down in July and have a brand new import fighter kit I'll be parting with if anyone's interested. I also have taillights (altezza style, stock and fully clear outters), possibly my Fiber Images CF Ram Air hood and some other things. If anyone is interested in making an offer on the kit, it'll be down there in July!

P.S. - I'd like to meet some of you SoCal MoFos too!

I'd be letting the hood go for $150 or so. It's not perfect and is a few years old. Has 1 scratch that can be buffed (about 6" - not noticable unless you're up close and personal) and some "fixed" damage from the previous owner where the whipers hit. It's sturdy as hell though.

I'm not sure where I'll be living for sure. I'll be going to school and playing football for the University of Redlands.

Any suggestions on good neighborhoods to check out fellas?

I honestly would do it. I like hanging out with respectable car people who know what they are talking about.

All I get from every "car guy" I meet is the type of idiot talking about how he put an LS6 in his 85 IROC and put an 8 speed manual from a Viper (Even though they didn't come with 8 speeds and even that transmission wouldn't mate to a SBC), and then you call them out and they say something stupid like "it was custom made" or "I already sold it otherwise I would prove it to you".

I need to mingle with people.... I get bored between school and work.

shiiiiiiiit, you two fools live 2 minutes from me and we never kick it...hahaha.

steve skinner. how much are you looking to spend a month for a place to live. the apartments i was living at are in grand terrace (5 minutes from redlands) and they were really nice. i was paying 940/month for a one bed/one bath and a garage. also had full size washer/dryer hookups. real nice place, major quiet, and grand terrace is a real small town so there was never a lot to worry about. let me know if you want the information.

One of my boys found a house that I think we're going to move in to. It's brand new, 4bd/3ba with garage in a gated community for 2 large.

I've got an extra type-j rear bumper that needs some work too for sale...

I need to sell my car @!#$.
